The Brief.
Booking a halal-friendly holiday usually means having six tabs open. One site for the hotel, another to check whether it really is halal, a third for reviews you half trust, and a fourth to work out whether the price is any good. It is tiring, and it is the reason people give up and book something they settle for.
The interesting part was trust. A booking site lives or dies on whether someone believes what it tells them, so reviews and recommendations had to be front and centre rather than buried three clicks in — and the price had to be something you could sanity-check without leaving the page.
